Centrally located near ferry, restaurants. Comfortable, clean, quiet room with bay window and stained glass window in shower. Helpful, cordial staff. Spacious room with abundant natural light. Great for reading or watching TV.

Overall clean place with marvellous view of the bay. Thanks to the attentive staff everything was absolutely fine, including a lot ofgood food. A nice size and well-appointed rooms, fine stay on a business trip! Nice location to Fort Baker.

We had a fairly nice time. The room was bright and a nice size had all we needed, it was complete with the bathroom and a king sized bed and WiFi. The location of the property was stunning and amazing, close to many shops and restaurants. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.
We didn't have laundry services.

Marvellous location for visiting coffee store and pubs right next to the hotel. Make sure you stay in the superior king room with WiFi, the bathroom and a very comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel was perfect - right next to the Bay with stunning views and close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room had a charming and cozy feel, especially in the turret. The staff, especially the young receptionist, were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The bathroom towels felt luxurious, and the hotel even provided complimentary coffee and pastries. a delightful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Nicely decorated and spotless units with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom, for example. Very amiable staff and management. Exceptionally nice location on the waterfront, historic style building.
Beds were not particularly comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with a view. Also, location was wonderful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Elephant Statues.

Small hotel with really helpful staff and marvellous views of the bay. A nice size rooms and hypo-allergenic pillows. Absolutely perfect and nice location, relatively close to Vina Del Mar Park. Found in the beautiful area. Totally fine stay on a business trip.
